Catering Chamber Luncheon event is more than just serving a meal, it’s a powerful marketing opportunity for your restaurant or catering business! This monthly networking event brings together approximately 80-120 business professionals, community leaders, and decision-makers who frequently seek local caterers for corporate meetings, events, and luncheons.
By featuring your food at this event, you gain direct exposure to influential individuals while benefiting from word-of-mouth marketing as attendees experience your offerings firsthand. As the featured caterer, your business will also receive recognition in event promotions, ensuring added visibility.
The Chamber Luncheon is held at The OC (Ozark Community Center) on the fourth Thursday of each month, this is a prime opportunity to expand your customer base, build relationships, and establish your brand as a go-to caterer in Ozark.
Sisterhood in Success rotates through various venues in the Ozark community and is held quarterly on the second Thursday of January, April, July and October.

Ozark Luncheon Event Catering Details
- Monthly Chamber Luncheon Event Schedule:
- Date: Fourth Thursday of the month (except November and December, which are on the third Thursday)
- Location: The OC – 1530 W. Jackson St., Ozark, MO
- Estimated Attendance: 90-120 guests (final headcount provided on the Wednesday before the event)
- Sisterhood in Success will vary on location and set up details, but the rest of the information is relevant below.
- Date: Second Thursday of the month quarterly.
- Location: Various Locations
- Estimated Attendance: 70-90 guests (final headcount provided on the Wednesday before the event)
- Logistics:
- Menu: Up to you, this is your opportunity to showcase your menu and culinary skills, attendees are spending $20-$25 per ticket, so you need to impress them.
- Chamber Luncheon Unload: Use the East Doors and back down the ramp/driveway
- Sisterhood in Success: Information provided before the event
- Setup Time: 10:45 AM
- Serving Time: 11:00 AM
- Pick-Up Time: 1:00 PM
- Catering Requirements:
- Set up a double-sided buffet with enough utensils for serving on both sides
- Buffet line starts on the north side for Chamber Luncheon of the provided tables (may vary for Sisterhood in Success)
- Must provide paper products (plates, cups, napkins, knives, and forks)
- Provide drinks (served in the room kitchen; ice is available on-site)
- Payment:
- Please bring an invoice on the day of the event—payment will be processed via check the same day
- The Ozark Chamber of Commerce is a tax-exempt non-profit (EIN: 43-1309303)
