For Schools & PTA Groups

Goal: Involve students, showcase school pride, and tie in the diamond anniversary.

  • "Shining Stars of Learning" – Students hold glittery diamond-shaped signs with messages about education, each sparkling in silver and white.

  • Lighted Diamond Tunnel – Create an archway of silver tinsel and LED lights that the float passes under, symbolizing the "path to the future."

  • Giant School Mascot in Sparkle – Wrap the mascot in shimmering silver, white, and blue fabric or sequins.

  • Diamond Crown – Place a giant crown (covered in mirror board or silver mylar) on top of the float, with each point featuring a different school activity or student group.

  • Marching “Diamond Court” – Students dressed as "diamond royalty" with silver sashes, tiaras, and capes walking alongside the float.

For Churches

Goal: Blend the sparkle theme with a faith message.

  • "Light of the World" – A nativity scene outlined in white twinkle lights with a giant, diamond-like star overhead made of mirrored plastic or mylar.

  • Diamond Cross – A large cross wrapped in reflective silver fabric with spotlights or battery LED lights making it glow.

  • Heavenly Choir – Choir members in white robes with silver stoles, holding battery candles for a glowing effect.

  • Scripture on Sparkle Banners – “Every good and perfect gift…” displayed on glitter-covered signs in silver and gold.

  • Angel Wings Backdrop – Huge white feathered wings trimmed with rhinestones and silver sequins, framing the back of the float.

For Businesses

Goal: Promote brand while embracing the diamond sparkle.

  • Oversized Diamond Props – 3D diamond sculptures made from cardboard, wrapped in mirror or holographic paper, suspended from above or mounted at different heights.

  • Light-Up Logo – Your company’s sign outlined in LED rope lights or glitter foam board.

  • 60-Year Timeline Display – Show how the business (or the community) has grown alongside the parade over the last 60 years with photos in diamond-shaped frames.

  • Rotating Display – A slowly spinning "diamond" centerpiece made from lightweight materials, catching light from spotlights.

  • Staff in “Diamond Crew” Outfits – Matching silver vests, hats, or scarves with diamond-print accessories tossing out candy or coupons.
